“I’m constantly drained by hustle culture and wish I could feel aligned again.”
“Ramadan is approaching, and I want to start strong but don’t know where to begin.”

The 40-Day Barakah Challenge embodies this mindset, helping you take action, align with your intentions, and prepare your heart, mind, and soul for Ramadan and beyond, bi'ithnillaah! ♡

The 3D Framework combines practical habit-building with spiritual inspiration:
✨ 28 Days: Build foundational habits that stick.
✨ 12 Days: Cement those changes into a sustainable lifestyle.
✨ Islamic Significance: The number 40 in Islam inspires this framework, as it symbolizes growth and renewal—from Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) fasting on Mount Sinai (Surah Al-A'raf, 7:142) to the Qur'an highlighting 40 years as the age of maturity (Surah Al-Ahqaf, 46:15), and the Prophet ﷺ describing 40-day stages of human development in the womb (Sahih Bukhari 3208; Sahih Muslim 2643). From a practical perspective, 40 days is long enough to develop and cement habits while still feeling manageable without burnout.
Ramadan isn’t just a season; it’s an opportunity for transformation. This challenge will:
✨ Anchor your heart in barakah before Ramadan even begins, so you enter the month spiritually prepared.
✨ Build sustainable habits that not only carry you through Ramadan but also help you maintain consistency afterward.
✨ Align your goals, time, and energy with Allah’s blessings for deeper focus and purpose.

"Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." -Surah Ar-Ra'd, Ayah 11

Bismillah,
I’m Hayat Abdullah—an educator turned entrepreneur and the proud founder of Boss Bint.
Like many of you, I’ve been drawn to the idea of challenges that promise transformation—whether it was 75 Hard or Project 50. In fact, I even ran a Boss Bint Project 50 Challenge—Muslimah Edition last year with my community. But in order to make it a Muslimah edition, I had to Islamify it—adding elements that aligned with my faith and values.
It hit me—why are we always adapting to someone else’s framework when Islam has always been the blueprint for living a purposeful, disciplined, and impactful life? As Muslims, we’re not meant to follow trends; we’re meant to
set them.
And while everyone’s gearing up for New Year’s resolutions and chasing goals, we should be gearing up for Ramadan—our ultimate reset. A time to not only seek Allāh’s rewards and pleasure but also find fulfillment and barakah in our lives, balancing both dunya and akhirah.
That realization led me to create the 40-Day Barakah Challenge—something built from scratch to help Muslim women like you align your efforts with divine blessings, multiply impact, and enter Ramadan spiritually and mentally prepared.
And launching it 40 days before Ramadan? That’s intentional. Because Ramadan isn’t just a month; it’s the ultimate opportunity for transformation. This challenge is designed to help you enter Ramadan prepared—spiritually grounded, mentally focused, and physically energized to make the most of it, in sha Allāh.
I know what it feels like to want more alignment and barakah in your life while juggling big dreams and responsibilities. That’s why this challenge blends faith, focus, and action—so you can build habits that last and goals that matter.
Let’s realign, reset, and create barakah together. ♥︎
♡ With dua and action, anything is possible!
